CellGard II® Machine Perimeter Guarding creates a barrier to protect employees from machinery, robotic cells, dangerous equipment and waste areas. Steel framed panels can be positioned from 0-180 degrees allowing multiple configurations. OSHA, ANSI, NAAMS, EN953 and Canadian CSA compliant.

Versatile: Because of their hard tooled pin and bracket design, CellGard II panels can be freely positioned from 0 -180 degrees, allowing whatever configurations your facility demands (circle, oblong and straight-run), as well as providing better space utilization. Quick release panel system allows maintenance staff quick access to machine or inside robotic cell by removing panels connected with hard-tooled safety bolts.

All-steel construction: Posts, frames, welded wire mesh and doors are all-steel and powder coated (yellow posts, black panels and doors standard) for long lasting good looks and performance.

Easy assembly: Because CellGard II uses modular components, they're simple to specify, order and install. An entire enclosure can be quickly constructed, knocked-down and reconfigured without modification.
